How to hang blinds on vinyl windows!

Vinyl windows with no natural breaks can be a tough problem to solve.  When it comes to covering them with blinds or window treatments Palladian shelves are the perfect solution.  Create a natural and sturdy spot to mount any kind of custom window treatment.

Vinyl Windows - Cover them with style

We had a blind installer in Chicago submit some photos of a Hunter Douglas Pirouette project with tall vinyl windows.  There were 3 large windows that covered both stories of this 19th century row home.  No custom window covering solution would cleanly cover the openings so thinking outside of the box was necessary to achieve the look that the homeowner was looking for.  Palladian shelves were used to create a mounting spot without drilling into the vinyl windows.

Projects can be halted by tough to cover windows like these.  Instead of compromising on your look, get the right tools.  Palladian shelves let you cover your windows the way you want to.

The shelves are custom made to your home and your specifications and can be painted or stained. Alternatively they can come finished and ready to install in two shades of white.  Bright White and off white.  The depth of the shelf is customizable from 2 1/2" to 4" letting you get the right fit and the perfect look.  The height of the shelf comes standard as 1 1/2" thick giving you the strength and durability you need to mount all of your window covering and vinyl window challenges.

Measuring for the shelf is easy as all you need is to measure the width of the opening where you want to mount the shelf. does all the rest.  An inside mount deduction is taken to make sure your fitment is spot on.
